Pour some more f your homemade garlic oil on the tomatoes....
pour olive oil in a crock pot, set on low so you don't have to worry about overcooking... depending on how much oil you put in , determines how long to leave cut up garlic cloves in it. You decide how pungent you want it. For a cup, I use about 4-6!cloves and cook.it for at least an hour. Then strain out the cloves and place it in a glass container with a secure lid. If you want to.make a jar's worth, no problem. Stir occasionally and check when the aroma is to your liking. I paste it on toast, use it for cooking...the cloves can be saved for current recipes, salad, use a hand blender in sauces. ..😋
