Lentils should be part of our diets. Try lentil bread. Personally I found it too dense but I make lentil soup with many herbs and spices recommended - then use my Nutra Bullet to combine everything and make burgers. Add cheese in the mixture, form burgers. I even formed hotdog shapes and wrapped them with a slice of bacon. This bread recipe may really work for you, though. Try it. I'm using my leftover to add to stuffing for Thanksgiving.
