this was when ANSONIA STATE STREET declared themselves new owner of this $2.2 billion building by "purchasing" it for $160Million - and having only a limited deed so they cannot sell the property - and therefore are not the owners! They are FRAUDS - AND BOZZUTOS ARE IN ON IT. BOZZUTOS GOT THIS LAND FOR $1 - present from the City of New Haven - wtf - while Barack Obama dished out millions of dollars of free money to them!
These morons tried to make me reapply for Section 8! I said that was illegal because the landlord is the one who is supposed to apply for approval - not me! And City employees breath down my neck to push the nefarious wants of this illegal landlord! I cited laws - I even made a document over 60 pages of the Section 8 law on why, when, where, and how a replacement landlord applies for HUD approval--telling them that Housing is completely ignoring the law! They do that all the time! It makes for a very chaotic state and one which makes me wish I could get the hell out of this East Coast!

Update on my struggles; my briefs are due first part of September so I cannot afford to use internet that much due to time factor and continued illness with a serious skin infection. I had to get a new phone because my prior one which I use for phone calls was stolen out of my apartment! My new phone was hit with malware and I was suggested to remove Evernote. which is a very competent app made by a very competent Russian. [Update 12/2/2025 - this app is now owned by someone in Italy, good for the Russian creator! But Evernote is not functioning like it had. ] I now only have one phone that is working and the cyber crime continues.My service is paid for three months and I have no service,!
Hopefully my service provider can remedy this tomorrow yet the internet has not been working properly in my area for days now.

I have an extension of time but needed to submit another extension of time so I am waiting for orders for both cases.
Meantime, as I work RETYPING MY BRIEF - since somehow they used cyber crime to delete the one I drafted
I began reading this motion I submitted to avoid having to create a brief. Because:
The case has no merit. I paid my rent for August and September. In my Answer and special defenses I stated my rent is always timely.
The motion had everything in it! Yet the court denied and refused to indicate why because they are crooked as hell!
They are supposed to publish rulings and they have done this before, where the throw me curves, not providing me what they even publish!

I have already brought these issues up and the court uses malpractice to disturb Due Process Of Law. They were supposed to hear and rule with more than an elementary denial! This is judicial malpractice! They want to evict me with a "Yes We Can" Obama bull crap rather than actually do their jobs! Actually administer justice! And my motion was not even objected to! I can't appeal what I already presented to the aappellate court! These are devils Chessboard tactics - not administration of justice! So I'm my brief I need to add the issue of judicial malpractice!And Records Fraud as well! Going back to when I first defended my case in trial court!
Same holds true for the other case! They rely on cyber crime to manipulate the case to serve their wants! That's why I have such a hard time working on this There is no platform which assured me that justice prevails. The trial court Judge' is a deliberate fraud.
These are people who belong to the organized crime family which will have people MURDERED for their pleasure. They are part of The Order of Barbarians!

I need to submit MOTIONS FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT ON BOTH CASES . APPELLEE SEBT LETTERS TO THE COURT INDICATING THEY DON'T FEEL LIKE SUBMITTING A RESPONSE BRIEF!
AND NOW I REALIZE THIS!!
I can't share this in email because cyber criminals keep loading emails in that email and I can't delete anything! I hardly ever used that email! They did it into disrupt my efforts being cyber criminals, frauds!
