Then calls again and says Michael Skold is still the appearing attorney - but it doesn't matter he didn't file an appearance!

It doesn't matter this inept attorney isn't listed in the Bar Association! It doesn't matter that he doesn't have a Juris Number! 

It doesn't matter that I have a different case manager who uses the same f*king name and orders me like he's the Clerk Of The Court! 

I'm motioning for Default Judgment! 

WTF should I send another statement even?
